designed the complete interior and exterior renovation of this 4-story
Harlem apartment building. The project includes the restoration of the
building’s damaged cornice and the
replacement of the missing stoop to the main entrance on the parlor-level
of the building. Construction began during this summer with extensive
demolition throughout. Severely fire damaged, all of the existing floors
and the roof had to be removed and replaced. Check back to watch the progress
as the building continues it’s transformation through this fall
and winter for an early spring
completion.
