| This full renovation of a downtown pre-war, 2-bedroom apartment was done in three phases. The two bathrooms and the kitchen were in need of an upgrade, the living room, entry foyer and two bedrooms were dark, and most of the original details were missing or in need of repair. The overall concept was to clean up, brighten, and create a contemporary, inviting interior. Red Venetian plaster accent walls, new lighting coves and a new limestone and stainless steel fireplace mantel helped to make the transformation of this apartment. | |||||
